We are pleased to announce that since August 9th Viktor Holovei joined our team as Principal, responsible for further development and capacity building of our management consulting practice.
Viktor started his consulting career in 2005 – after successful completion of MBA at Aston Business School (UK) with specialism in strategic management. He come back to Ukraine and has been working for Kearny, Roland Berger and KPMG, leading global consultancy firms, over 15 years on different projects in various industries in home and other CIS countries , as well EMEA region and Europe – OAE, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, France, Finland, Germany, Spain.
Our new leader of management consultancy services has a strong expertise in strategy and operations and specializes in:
- strategy development and implementation including preparation and detailing of supporting business plans (investment projects and CAPEX assessment, modernization and innovation strategy, markets studies and targeting, as well market access, business due diligence and M&A strategies), elaboration and optimization of organization structure, strategy audit and business model re-design, investments and innovation, companies restructuring and transformation.
- operations management – business process optimization, improvement of organizational efficiency and performance in manufacturing/production with implementing lean manufacturing tools, implementation of best practices and new technologies, as well in other functions like procurement and supply chain, engineering and R&D, cost cutting.
In the portfolio of Viktor there is a considerable number of commercial due diligences (CDD) completed for leading international industrial players and financial institutions, as well projects focused on the reforming public institutions in Ukraine and financed by international sponsors.

Unser neuer Leiter der Unternehmensberatung verfügt über ein ausgeprägtes Fachwissen im Bereich Strategie und operativer Betrieb und ist spezialisiert auf:
- Strategieentwicklung und -implementierung, einschließlich der Ausarbeitung und Detaillierung unterstützender Businesspläne (Investitionsprojekte und CAPEX-Bewertung, Modernisierungs- und Innovationsstrategie, Marktstudien und Targeting sowie Marktzugang, Business Due Diligence und M&A-Strategien), Ausarbeitung und Optimierung der Organisationsstruktur, Strategieaudit und Neugestaltung des Geschäftsmodells, Investitionen und Innovation, Unternehmensumstrukturierung und -umwandlung;
