Over the past few weeks, our team has conducted an in-depth analysis of the specific characteristics of Ukraine’s 24 regions in terms of their economic potential.
In doing so, we took into account the influence of different historical periods (historical, Soviet, post-Soviet and the war). Ukraine has never been a homogeneous economic area, and the war, which has now lasted for almost five years, has further exacerbated many of these differences.
