On 4 March, Dr. Thomas Winkelmann, partner at HWC, presented some aspects, opportunities and challenges relating to this topic at an event entitled ‘International Construction’ held at the German Construction Industry Association (Hauptverband der Deutschen Bauindustrie e.V.).
